1. TO ENTER: Access the sweepstakes entry form via the link provided at the Anatomical Chart Company website. Complete and submit the entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions. Entries will be accepted from 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 1, 2008 through 11:59 PM (ET) on May 31, 2008. There is a limit of one entry per person per month.

2. PRIZE: Three prizes will be awarded: Spine Key Ring. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted within one week following the ending date listed in Section 1. Winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and agents of Anatomical Chart Company (the "Sponsor"), DMinSite, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings and persons living in the same household) of such employees are not eligible to participate or win.

4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, DMinSite, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the employees, officers and directors of all such entities, from all liability with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded and to the use of his/her name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to within Sponsor's website without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agrees to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. In the event of a dispute in determining the winner, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the Email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning Email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. No prize transfer or cash redemption. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to unavailability, as solely determined by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.

5. ENTRY INFORMATION: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree that we may share your entry information (including your name, address, email address, etc.) with any co-sponsors of this sweepstakes and other parties.

6. WINNER LIST: The winner's name will be posted at the Anatomical Chart Company website for at least two weeks following the random drawing.
