Q. How do I make a return or exchange?
Visit our online Merchandise Return Center by clicking the link below to download a pre-printed mailing label. The label should be affixed to your package and returned to a post office, collection box or postal carrier. Please include your invoice or bill with product(s) you are returning. If you do not have an invoice or bill, please supply us with your name, address and phone number so we can properly credit your account.

Q. What do I do if I’m tax exempt?
A. Fax in a hard copy of your tax exempt certificate with your firm purchase order to 301-223-2400.

Q. How do I change my e-mail address on my account?
A. Click on My Account here or in the upper right hand corner of the website and update your account information.

Q. Do you make custom charts?
A. We create custom charts for many clients (with a minimum quantity commitment). E-mail custom@anatomical.com with your request.
